The staff was super friendly and responsive.
The room smelled musty, reminiscent of past smoking. Check-in was a hassle due to multiple charge errors. I was also disappointed by the quality of the food provided.

Family visits, just don't expect much
The indoor pool was heated and fantastic, the hot tub was just what we needed after a long day. The front desk lady was kind, she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. I appreciate that kind of service, makes you feel human just for a moment.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, though it was somewhat acceptable.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
Enjoyed our time here with friendly staff and daily room restocking. While the pool provided a nice way to unwind, breakfast could use more variety. Also, make sure to ask for your water early as the breakfast area has limited hours. Bring your own snacks to enhance your stay!

the staff seemed to think closing off the breakfast area was a good idea, which was very odd. we had to hunt for water in the hallway like we were in a desert, and don't even get me started on the broken door lock—such a hassle! I almost thought of giving a good review, but just couldn't.

The room was clean, and the King bed was particularly comfy, which made for a restful stay after a day spent exploring nearby attractions like Dinosaur World. One highlight was the heated indoor pool, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. However, the breakfast offerings could definitely be improved. the powdered eggs and hard biscuits left much to be desired. Overall, it was a decent stay with some enjoyable aspects.
